Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee
• No-shows will be charged the full service fee
• Refunds for completed services are handled on a case-by-case basis
