Organicwrboutiqu is committed to providing high-quality personal styling and image consulting services. This policy outlines our procedures for cancellations, refunds, and service adjustments.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your scheduled service appointment under the following conditions:

• 48+ Hours Notice: Full refund or rescheduling available
• 24-48 Hours Notice: 50% refund or rescheduling available
• Less than 24 Hours Notice: No refund, rescheduling subject to availability
• No-Show: No refund, full service fee applies

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

• Service cancellation within the specified timeframes above
• Service not provided due to our error or unavailability
• Significant service quality issues that we are unable to resolve

Refunds are not available for:

• Completed services where the client is satisfied with the service provided
• Client dissatisfaction with styling recommendations (as these are subjective)
• Items purchased by the client based on our recommendations (these are subject to retailer return policies)

Refund Process

To request a refund:

1. Contact us within 7 days of the service date or cancellation
2. Provide your booking reference and reason for refund request
3. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days
4. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment:

• At no charge if requested 48 hours or more before the original appointment
• Subject to a rescheduling fee if requested less than 48 hours before the appointment
• Subject to availability of alternative appointment times

Service Adjustments

If you are not satisfied with aspects of your service:

• Contact us within 48 hours of your service completion
• We will work with you to address concerns and make reasonable adjustments
• Additional follow-up sessions may be offered at no extra charge in certain circumstances

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers and service vouchers:

• Are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• Cannot be refunded once purchased, except as required by law
• May be transferred to another person with our approval
• Cannot be exchanged for cash

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a refund or service:

1. Contact us directly to discuss the issue
2. We will make every effort to resolve the matter fairly and promptly
3. If we cannot resolve the dispute, you may seek resolution through appropriate legal channels
